Staffing services by Gardaworld is recruiting a Bilingual Call Center Manager for one of our clients within the health industry in the Montreal Downtown area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees
  • Manage inbound calls and educate customers to convert them from leads to appointments;
  • Create script frameworks to streamline the booking process and concisely address common customer questions;
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals and quotas;
  • Act as the internal point person to troubleshoot, resolve issues and maintain up to date clinic information - working closely with the operations and medical teams;
  • Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. You will be responsible for suggesting methods to improve efficiency and service to both internally and in client-facing operations;
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis;
  • Receive and manage corporate and/or group sales contracts;
  • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level;
  • Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns;
  • All other related tasks

Essential qualifications:

  • 3 years of inside sales experience preferable
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
  • Proficient with online platforms and phone systems an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Able to work well in both independent and team environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment

Employment conditions:

  • Salary 42,000 per year + Comission
  • Full time position
  • Located in Montreal downtown
